Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the shipping service selected. All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to eligible destinations. Available services and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Most new, unopened items are eligible for a refund and must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return
Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos to help us resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs if you received an incorrect or defective item because of our error.
For other eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refund Policy
Refund Amount
For approved returns, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable taxes and the original shipping charge.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Return transit time is separate. Please allow approximately four weeks from the date you ship your return for the complete process, although many refunds are completed sooner.
